Dear members and friends
Just when we thought the summer had reached our area last week we are now back to rain and wind.
We are fast approaching our Low Kirkbride event on the 18th and 19th July.
I would appreciate early entries so that I can organise and spend the sponsors money in the best possible way.
This year the event clashes with the Yorkshire show where Zan will be attending and showing her Beltie team and hopefully she will come back with some silverware. So this year there will be no BDS drive on the Thursday night or a Pizza night on Friday. The barbecue on the Saturday night will take place as normal, please bring your your own meat and refreshments.
The water obstacle will once again be available to practice but you will not be allowed to drive the gates. You can get your horses used to having a splash and hopefully then can plan your routes through the water on Sunday. This can only be driven on the Saturday after Dressage and Cones . Please let me know if you want a practice so that a steward will be in attendance.
We look forward to a good attendance for this popular event, so please help me by placing your entries early.
