Dear Members and Friends

 We are now certainly heading into the winter season, with the clocks going back an hour and the dark nights drawing in. Its time to put  the heating on.

It seems no time since our very popular and successful fun weekend held at Milnecroft hosted by Drew Douglas.

Despite some heavy downpours on the Saturday morning our competitors were grateful to our stewards who stayed on duty throughout .Many thanks  to all of them.

With the help of everyone we rearranged the front yard parking so we could accommodate all the travelling competitors  and stewards so that we could continue the competition on the Sunday without making any unnecessary mess to the land.

AGM

We are now only a month away from our AGM to be held on Sunday 7th December at the Woodland House Hotel Newbridge starting at 4.00 PM

We will have the presentation of the annual points trophies and special awards followed by the business section where we welcome your comments and ideas

At approx. 5.15pm we will have the dinner and below is the Christmas Fayre menu to choose a two course for £23.75 or a three course for £29,75. Both will include tea, coffee and mincemeat pies

Please send me your meal choices BEFORE the 30th November.

PLEASE NOTE ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER THE 5TH OF DEC. WILL HAVE TO BE PAID IN FULL.

Any cancellations must be made by telephone to my mobile 07712 439 385 so that I can deal with it immediately.
